Through PayPal, you can get discounted USPS shipping rates. However, the shipping link is not visible unless you have sold something on eBay, or have received payment for an item through PayPal.
Wouldn’t it be nice if you could ship at the same discounted rate without a PayPal or eBay transaction? Well, you can. Just do this:
1. Log into your PayPal account.
2. Go to this link: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now
Discounts are available for both domestic and international shipping and most services, including flat rate boxes, First Class, Priority Mail, and more.
Discounts are available for UPS as well, just toggle the Carrier Name field after entering the ship to address. See PayPal for more details.
